Delete Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Eberhard account, what data is removed,
and how long the process takes.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Eberhard app on your mobile device.

Navigate to the following screen:
Account › Delete Account

Tap Delete Account and confirm the prompt when asked.

Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.
What Gets Deleted

Your account profile, display name, and phone number

All registered device associations linked to your account

All delegate access you have granted to other users
-
Personal device settings and preferences

All pending or active device sharing invites
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account
and all associated data cannot be recovered.
Deletion Timeline and Retention
Processing time
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Data retention
No personal data is retained after deletion is complete.
Recovery
Deleted accounts cannot be restored. You may create a new account at any time.
